Program
Don Baumstark (sole proprietor, 920 Fleck Avenue, Celina, OH 45822) sends one-to-one texts for appointment confirmations and reminders, callback replies, and vendor/customer support follow-ups. No marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
Only after you agree, in one of three ways (details and exact wording at donbaumstark.com/sms): (1) the web form at donbaumstark.com/sms with an unchecked consent box you check yourself; (2) you text START to (419) 954-0300; or (3) you tell me "yes" by phone or in person after I read you the consent script, and I log the date, time, and your number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL) to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or contact donbaumstark@gmail.com / 608-778-6774.
